Our entire printing workshop is connected to the CTP with CIP3 and JDF. This allows us to speed up the preparation of jobs once they are in the machine
With a machine of 8 printing units, besides being able to carry out full colour, two-sided jobs in one run, it is also possible to carry out jobs with hexachromy, complex combinations of varnishes and spot colours.

Prepress and photographic retouching
Our team of photo retouching and prepress specialists, works closely with the workshop Offset to ensure optimal results.
We can cater retouching and prepress projects of great size, and we integrate into the workflow studies and agencies to close the original and make changes from the same printing.
We have 9 stations Mac Pro, 2 plotters and scanners and drum level, our own Kodak Magnus 800 CTP and a full range of graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress, FreeHand, Pit Stop, Adobe Distiller, PressTouch, Kodak Preps ...)
All our machines are certified ISO 12647 and integrated into the Prinergy Workflow.

In addition to being ISO 12647-2:2004/Amd1:2007 certified, all our machines are recalibrated weekly with compensation curves, to correct any deviation that may have arisen owing to wear and tear on the machine’s consumable components, or due to variations in the ambient conditions.

The guillotines are fitted with all possible accessories, to improve the quality of the work and to guarantee maximum safety for our employees.

External finishes
With the aim of controlling all the external finishes that we apply to jobs for our clients, we have a department with specialised staff, who have selected the best collaborators for each type of job. In this department, we are continuously researching, in order to perform jobs with different materials, providing our clients with a constant supply of innovative new products.
